Shipping

We currently only ship to the USA, via Australia Post’s Express Post (EMS) service.

We aim to send all orders placed before 10am Sydney time on the same day they are placed.

Once we have dispatched your order there may be delays due to customs or our shipping company, which is unfortunately out of our control. You can track the status of your order by logging in and going to your Account Dashboard, and are welcome to contact USPS in the US directly (1 800 222 1811).

We are monitoring all packages, and will try to notify you when your package is held up in customs or there has been an attempted delivery.

Please note that we can not resend your package if it is returned to us because you didn’t respond to a request from DHL, if you provided an invalid address, or because you rejected the delivery. Furthermore, if your order cannot be delivered then we will process your refund once it has been confirmed returned to us, minus shipping and a restocking fee. Lastly, if your order incurs any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs.

    Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment in full is confirmed. Credit card payments are usually confirmed immediately; this more applies to Paypal Check payments.

    The transaction will be executed in US Dollars.

    We use Australian company Pin Payments as our credit card payments processor, and have for many years. They’re solid.
