Under no circumstances will we give your personal information to third parties and we will not use it for marketing purposes. We never ever store your billing information and work with payment processing partners in whom we have full trust.
We use Australian company Pin Payments for online credit card transactions. Pin Payments provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (this is the highest, most stringent level of security!) Generally the regular “Adult” EpiPen is recommended for children weighing more than 66 pounds (30kg).
For children weighing between 33-66 pounds the “Junior” EpiPen is recommended.
All orders are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post (EMS) service.
While it won’t arrive tomorrow, it should arrive within a couple of days. We are currently looking into Courier options, which can theoretically delivery anywhere in the US within 48-72 hours, but the cost is several times the cost of the product itself. Still, we understand that some people would gladly pay. We’re working on it.
We suggest placing your next order about two weeks before your current ones are due to expire (expired EpiPens can still be used, in a pinch! See the Mylan website for details). Two weeks gives enough time to take into account potential shipping/customs delays.
We don’t guarantee an expiry, but we process enough volume to ensure our stock has the longest expiry available.
The longest we have seen has been 15 months; at time of writing all our stock has 13-14 months. If the only stock we can get has less than 12 months expiry we will do our best to let you know in advance.
